MY COACHING STORY
With over a decade successfully working in business development and over half of this working with blue chip organisations embedding coaching cultures as part of sales transformation programmes, I have seen first hand how coaching can transform performance. Having always been passionate about helping people and believing everyone should have the opportunity to achieve their potential, coaching is the perfect fit for me. My background in Sales and Business Development helped me hone many of the key skills required to be an effective coach - listening, curiosity and creating genuine relationships with customers based on my desire to help. Having been coaching informally since 2014 I made the decision to switch to a coaching career and became an Accredited Executive Leadership Coach through the AoEC. I am a member of the ICF and adhere to their code of ethics. My clients have benefited by being able to take control of their own success, by understanding how they are stopping themselves. Getting Leaders and Teams to spend time dedicated to defining their goals, and building a plan of how to achieve them improves collaboration, communication and the ability to be able to self coach.
